Seminar registrations are through credit card purchase only. Training and other merchandise orders under $1,000 are by credit card only. Purchase orders will be accepted for any training and other merchandise orders over $1,000.
Shipping Fees and Taxes
Web-generated orders will not include applicable local and state taxes. Include your tax exemption number in the "Comments" section of the order form. Applicable tax, if any, will appear on your final (sent) invoice.
Shipping fees will also not appear on your E-mail Order Confirmation; they will be adjusted on the final invoice at the following rates:
